AGM & Parent Committee Positions Vacant
Thank you to those who attended the Parent Forum AGM on Tuesday night both via live stream and in person. We have filled the following Parent Forum positions:
Chairperson: Jeff Bottle
Secretary: Emma Madders
Committee Members: Rebecca Mander
Treasurer: nominations open
Kindergarten Committee Member: nominations open
Committee Member/s: nominations open
Since the AGM on Tuesday, we have received nominations for Treasurer and Kindergarten Member. If you would like to put forward a nomination please do so by Wednesday 15th at 3:00pm via email to the parent forum stambrosepf@gmail.com. A vote for the Treasurer and Kindergarten Member will take place on Thursday 16th February at 6:00pm at the School with committee members.
If you would like to put your hand up as a Committee Member again please contact us. We would love to have your support in this role. Committee Members need to attend Parent Forum meetings, support volunteers, work collaboratively with the entire committee to achieve goals, and represent the Parent Forum at events. Training and support will be provided. Our only requirement for the role is a smile and a desire to make a positive contribution to the school and Parent Forum community.
THANK YOU: A big thank you to Rebecca Mander for her role as Treasurer and contribution to the Parent Forum last year. Bec did an outstanding job and we thank her for her efforts.

Dear Class Reps,
Welcome and thank you for volunteering for the 2023 school year.
In preparation for the year, we ask that you please attend a meeting on Thursday 16th Feb at 6pm. Babysitting is available.
This meeting is to:
inform you about your role
event coordination and information
fair stall allocation and suggestions
Get to meet each other - welcome

St Ambrose 2023 Fair Welcome & Flyer
Welcome, all as we prepare for the fun of this year’s St Ambrose School Fete! The date for your calendars is Saturday 1st April 2023, 2 pm -7pm. The fair committee needs your help to make it a fantastic day for all!
A Fair planning meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 16th February at 6:00 pm at the School. Babysitting has been arranged.
At this meeting class stalls will be allocated - parent reps come and choose!

Food Stalls for Fair
Do you have a food stall or would you like to help us run a school food stall at the fair?
We would love to hear from anyone who has a food stall they would like to run at our fair which is being held on Saturday 1 April 2022. If you are interested, or if you know of anyone who may be, please complete the form or contact one of the following by next Wednesday 15th Feb:

Class Stalls & Donations
STALLS
We are asking each class to be responsible for a stall. At the moment the class stalls are being finalised, then we will be asking for parents' help to run the stalls (the kids will be having too much fun).
DONATIONS
We want everyone to be involved in this so we will keep you updated in the coming months on what we’re doing and how you can help. We are going to be having donation drives on a regular basis and asking you to bring in things such as goods we can sell on our trash & treasure stall, crafts, plants, 2nd handbooks, lollies, cakes, etc. We’ll let you know what and when we need it.
If we all do this together then our St Ambrose Fair will be a huge success for our kids and a great fun day.
